Stonehenge "class"

I did some printing with Jo on Wednesday with limited success, however as always we had a great time....and went "shopping" as a celebration.
We had a great painting class yesterday using the preparation material, it is such fun striving together rather than all struggling independently.
This collage was another part of the work done before and then I played with my new oils !!!!

Then....the colour stepped in.........

Miriam gave me a "wand" and poked it on the front of my 1993 Volvo estate......people did look at me, sadly it disappeared at Officeworks yesterday but I used it for my day picture

Hi Janette, I don't know if you did those in the order posted, but looks like you started in a subdued mood, then became exuberant! Wonderful colors...

Love the collage Jan, and WOW then the colour...
Lovely the "wand" got to see a far bit of Melb, in it's travels. It was the best "bonnet ornament" I had ever seen!!!

Love all the colour, like me a pure colourist. Uni is great but an awful lot of work especially all that art history essays, much prefer the creative side. Stonehenge is very inspiring with its abstract shapes. Pleased you sold your house! It must be time for a change.

You handle those oils with boldness! I love the powerful strokes.

And I want one of those wispy wands. Looks like you could make some magic with that.
